Advice, expertise and additional resource can be offered in the area of proteomics. In particular: separation of proteins and peptides prior to analysis by mass spectrometry (MS) e.g. via liquid chromatography (LC) and electrophoretic techniques, including two-dimensional gel electrophoresis with computer image analysis; experimental design; data analysis using statistics.
Work undertaken has included bibliographic work, creating filters for searching literature databases, technical writing, grant applications, presenting techincal seminars, tutoring on courses, and website development.
On a contract and/or consultancy basis, valuable support can be provided for your projects, whether you are based in academia or industry. Projects involving the application or development of proteomics are of particular interest.
